Marivo 0.5.9

Marivo 0.5.9 fixes query timeouts for MariaDB servers connected through the mysql engine.

Fixed

Timeout-guarded queries against MariaDB servers, including md.raw_sql, catalog previews, and snapshot sampling, no longer fail with Unknown system variable 'MAX_EXECUTION_TIME'. The mysql engine now reads VERSION() and applies the timeout through max_statement_time (seconds) on MariaDB and MAX_EXECUTION_TIME (milliseconds) on MySQL. The read-only transaction and the restore of the previous session value are unchanged, and a server that exposes neither variable still fails closed.
