Marivo 0.4.14

Marivo 0.4.14 completes agent-facing capability discovery, hardens evidence identity and recovery, makes named session reuse updateable and transactional, and keeps credential-cache failures from blocking successful connections.

Highlights

  • marivo.help("targets") now exposes the canonical discovery index from the live registries, including complete authoring surface maps and analysis policy families. Focused help resolves registered public types, errors, and member targets with deterministic contracts and repair guidance.
  • Evidence derived from source-row coordinates now uses versioned typed identities. Null, empty strings, booleans, numeric and temporal values, and delimiter-bearing values remain distinct; unsupported composite coordinates fail closed instead of falling back to lossy string identity.
  • Named sessions now use stable names to find one immutable session ID, while an explicit question updates the current guiding question on reuse. Session question, metadata, and current-session pointer publish transactionally, and telemetry records question application only for completed operations.

  • MARIVO_PERSIST_CREDENTIALS replaces MARIVO_PERSIST_SECRETS. Automatic caching of validated environment credentials is best effort: a user-global cache write failure emits a sanitized warning without turning a successful datasource test or analysis execution into a failure. Explicit persistence calls remain strict.
  • Public help roots now stay bounded to discoverable capabilities while focused lookups retain the richer type, error, and member contracts needed to continue from a live result.

Fixed

  • Evidence projection failures can now leave a typed unavailable Artifact marker without fabricating findings or a digest. A later evidence-requesting retry can replace that marker atomically; failed replacement restores the prior sidecar and Session Store registration.
  • Source-row identity no longer collides for null versus empty values, typed values with the same display text, or values containing coordinate delimiters.
