Marivo 0.4.14

Marivo 0.4.14 补全面向 agent 的能力发现，强化 evidence identity 和 recovery，使命名 session 的复用支持更新并保持事务一致，同时避免 credential cache 故障阻断成功的连接。

重点

marivo.help("targets") 现在会从 live registry 暴露 canonical discovery index，其中包括完整的 authoring surface map 和 analysis policy family。Focused help 可以解析已注册的 public type、error 和 member target，并提供确定性的 contract 与 repair guidance。
从 source-row coordinate 派生的 evidence identity 现在使用带版本的 typed identity。null、空字符串、布尔值、数值、时间值以及包含分隔符的值都会保持区分；不支持的复合 coordinate 会直接安全失败，不再退回有损的字符串 identity。
Named session 现在通过稳定的 name 查找同一个 immutable session ID；复用时显式提供的 question 会更新当前 guiding question。Session question、metadata 和 current-session pointer 会以事务方式发布，telemetry 只会记录已完成 operation 的 question application 结果。

MARIVO_PERSIST_CREDENTIALS 替代 MARIVO_PERSIST_SECRETS。自动缓存已验证的环境凭据现在是 best effort：用户全局 cache 写入失败时只记录经过清理的 warning，不会把成功的 datasource test 或 analysis execution 变成失败；显式 persistence 调用仍保持严格行为。
Public help root 继续保持在可发现 capability 范围内，而 focused lookup 保留从 live result 继续操作所需的 type、error 和 member contract。

Evidence projection 失败时，现在可以留下带类型的 unavailable Artifact marker，而不会伪造 finding 或 digest。后续需要 evidence 的 retry 可以原子替换该 marker；替换失败时会恢复之前的 sidecar 和 Session Store registration。
Source-row identity 不再因 null 与空值、显示文本相同但类型不同的值，或坐标分隔符出现在值中而发生碰撞。
